• No animals allowed.

• No outdoor solid fuel fires.

• No smoking or vaping anything anywhere on the property.

• Quiet hours are from 9 pm–7 am.

• We have exterior cameras installed that continuously record movement and sound. Tampering with these cameras will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

• No amplified music outdoors. Noise travels in the woods, and we do our best to keep our voices low when enjoying the outdoors at night.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• No parties, events, or additional guests. 

• Drive slowly throughout our neighborhood. Speed limit 15 mph.

• Do not feed the wildlife or leave any food outdoors unattended. We have wildcats and bears who pass through our property. Should you encounter any wildlife you need to scare off, an air horn is located in one of the kitchen island drawers. 

• Do not disturb any tree trunks, plants, mushrooms, slugs, or other critters on our property. The Sonoma Coast is a protected area, and we respect all living things on our land.

• Do not leave any outside lights on overnight. Light pollution disrupts the natural patterns of wildlife and obscures the stars in the night sky.
